How do I order a part?
Our webshop offers a broad range of car parts that can be ordered straight away. If you have a question, need something specific or can't find the part you need, please don't hesitate to give our sales department a call.
How do I pay for my part?
You can pay directly online via our webshop. If you prefer, you can visit our location in Blokker, where you can pay by card or in cash.
What is the delivery time of my order?
We aim to dispatch orders we receive before 15:00 PM on the same day. Depending on the carrier, in many cases the parts arrive the next working day.

Is there a warranty for used parts?
Many of our parts come with a warranty. The specific warranty period is stated with the parts in the webshop. We do not offer warranty on electronic parts. Please see our warranty conditions for an extensive overview.
Can I return a wrongly ordered product?
Ordering the wrong product can be annoying. Parts can be returned under certain conditions. Please see our return policy.
How long does it take for my payment to be refunded?
We will refund the amount as soon as possible in the same way as the way the original transaction was made.
In any case, this happens within 14 days after we receive the return.
To which account will my payment be refunded?
The amount will be refunded to the account where the amount was debited. It is not possible to use another account for this.
