Terms and conditions for consumer returns

You have the right to return your product within 14 days, as long as it is in the same condition as you received it. For quick and correct processing, this means:

• Send any returns with all the accessories they were supplied with and, if possible, in their original condition and packaging.

• Only the P&P costs for returning the package to our company are for your own account.

• Please register your return via the form on this page or with a clear statement via email or letter.

• Send your return request within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cancellation period expires 14 days after you or someone on your behalf (not the carrier) physically receives the product.

We always recommend that you request proof of return from the relevant party.
Within 14 days after cancellation, you will receive your money back with the same payment method that you used to pay.
